Captivate in New York needed a company that could Service their Technical equipment in the Greater Los Angeles area.

DataTel Network Cabling receives Work Orders via email. These Work orders are to Trouble Shoot existing equipment via Telephone with support technicians in New York. At that time if parts are required those parts will be sent overnight to a pre determined location. After the part has been installed and the Service Ticket is closed DataTel Network Cabling technician will send the part back to Captivate in New York. DataTel Network Cabling receives monthly reports to reconcile the parts inventory.
